4.2 Troubleshooting Output Problems

If all of the OUTPUT LEDs are red, the unit is not receiving a valid input signal on the active channel. Look at the INPUT LEDs and resolve the input problem. For more information, see “4.1 Troubleshooting Input Problems” on page 17.

If one OUTPUT LED is red, return the unit to TSC for repair. The output circuits have no user- serviceable parts. For contact information, see “5.1 Warranty Information” on page 23.
