Do either of the following:

ƒIf you are using 32-bit color mode, change the color depth to 16-bit mode.

ƒIf you are using a desktop size of 1366×768 or larger, reduce the desktop size and the color depth.

„Sound Problems

No sound can be heard from the speaker even when the volume is turned up.

Make sure that:

ƒThe Mute function is off.

ƒThe headphone jack is not used.

ƒSpeakers is selected as a playback device.

To check the settings, right-click the Sound icon at the bottom-right corner of the task bar and select Playback from the pull down menu or Right-click the Realtek HD Audio Manager icon at the bottom- right corner of the task bar and select Sound Manager from the pull down menu.

To change the playback device settings to Speakers, do as follows:

1.When all players are turned off, select Speakers tab and click Set Default Device button.

2.Click the OK button to save the settings.
