TBR calculates the equival ent horizontal range

(level fire range) from which you can determine the

correct aim for the condi tions. For example, if you

are shooting a .270 calibe r, 130 grain bullet at 3,050

feet per second up a 30° incline at 40 0 yards, direct

line of sight, the TBR ou tput will be 372 yards . The

first step in correc tly using TBR is to Practice, Practice,

Practice. Anytime you ha ndle a firearm or bow, you

are ultimately responsible for your projectile.

The inclinometer output is shown beside the LOS. The inclinomete r output

will be disabled when RF L or BOW mode is tur ned off.

For rifle users, adjus tment or holdover i nformation can also b e displayed. The

available settings are as follows: BAS output s the equivalent range to use with

Leupold’s Ballistic Aiming System® reticles or the equivalent horizontal range,

Hold displays the inches or centimeters to ho ld over the intended point of

impact, and MOA display s the minute of angle correction to “dial” into you r

scope.
