5Close the transfer belt unit.
6Close the front door.
Clearing jams in the ADF
If the paper is jammed in the ADF, Jam at Scanner appears. Remove all jammed paper, and make sure the paper feed tray is not overfull.
1Remove all paper from the paper feed tray, and then open the ADF cover.
