Network light is not on (Lexmark Z65n only)
When your network printer is working properly, the network lights on the back of the printer are on. For more information, see Network connection speed light. If they are not:
•Check your network cable connections.
•Make sure your network is working properly. For help, contact your network administrator.
•If there is still a problem, disconnect your printer from the network and attach it directly to your computer using a USB cable. Try Printing a test page.
