Placing an Outside Call
●Lift handset or press MON button.
●Press outside line button, pool button or dial CO line access
code.
●Dial desired party.
●When called party answers, lift handset or use speakerphone.

●Lift handset or press MON button to use speakerphone.
●Press flashing CO line button or loop key.
(NB: If the Preferred Line Answer feature is ON for your station,
you may answer just by lifting handset, or press MON.)

Button Procedures
To transfer an outside call to the other extension,
●Press TRANS/PGM button. (The outside call is put on hold.)
●Dial station numberor appropriate DSS button.
●You can make a screened or unscreened transfer.
When the called extension answers, notice the call transfer and
hang up to complete call transfer.
While the station you called rings, hang up to complete call
transfer.
To answer screened transfer,
●When a station rings according to Intercom Answer Mode
selection, answer the intercom call.
●The transferring party hangs up, the call will be connected.
