Setting Your Phone’s Roam Mode

Your phone allows you to control your roaming capabilities. By

using the Roamingmenu option, you can determine which

signals your phone accepts.

SetMode

Choose from three differentsettings on your dual-bandphone

to control your roaming experience.

To setyour phone’s roam mode:

1. SelectMenu > Settings > Roaming > SetMode.

2. To selectan option, highlightit and press .

Automaticseeks SprintPCS Service. When Sprint PCS

Service is unavailable, the phone searches for an

alternate system.

SprintOnly

allows you to access the Nationwide

SprintPCS Network only and prevents roaming on

other networks.

Roaming Onlyforces the phone to seek a roaming

system. The previous setting (SprintOnly or

Automatic) is restored the nexttime the phone is

turned on.
