operationoftheproduct;repairor replacementoffusesor correctionof wiringor
plumbing,orcorrectionofunauthorizedrepairs/installation.
2. Failureoftheproducttoperformduringpowerfailuresandinterruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedbyleakyor brokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateor interruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyofair.
4. DamageresultingfromoperatingtheProductinacorrosiveatmosphereor
contrarytotheinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5. Damagetothe Productcausedbyaccidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oractsof God.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceoftheProduct.Improperrepairincludesuseof partsnot approved
orspecifiedbyLG Canada.
7. Damageorproductfailurecausedbyunauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or
useforotherthan itsintendedpurpose,orresultingfromanywaterleakagedue
toimproperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialor industrialuse, oruseofaccessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedby LGCanada.
9. Damagecausedbytransportationandhandling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamagetothefinishof yourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandis reportedwithinone(1)
weekofdelivery.
10. Damageormissingitemstoany display,openbox,discounted,orrefurbished
Product.
11. Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,altered,or
cannotbereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginal
retailsalesreceipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12. Increasesin utilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13. Replacementof lightbulbs,filters,orany consumableparts.
14. RepairswhenyourProductisusedinotherthan normalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,inofficesorrecreational
facilities)or contrarytotheinstructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
15. CostsassociatedwithremovaloftheProductfromyourhomefor repairs.
16. The removalandreinstallationof the Productifit is installedinaninaccessible
locationorisnot installedin accordancewith publishedinstallationinstructions,
includingtheProductowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17. Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriestothe Product.Also
excludedarepartsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
