Important notice

Please check to see if any problems you have encountered with your phone are described in this section, before taking the phone in for service or calling a service representative.

1. Phone memory

When available space on your phone memory is less than 10%, your phone cannot receive a new message. You need to check your phone memory and delete some data, such as applications or messages, to make more memory available.

To uninstall an application

1.From the Home screen, touch the Application Launcher icon g Settings g Applications g Manage applications.

2.When all applications appear, scroll and select the application you want to uninstall.

3.Touch Uninstall and then OK to uninstall the application you desire.
