STEP 11:

Route the 129-1/2” CABLE (7) through the TOP BOOM and the STACK BOOM (2) as shown in FIGURE 11.

TIGHTEN any LOOSENED PULLEY connection after CABLE has been routed.

STEP 12:

 

SECURELYassemble two 3-1/2” PULLEYS (6) to the STACK BOOM (2) using two 3/8 X 2-3/4” BOLTS (13), four 3/8” FLANGE SPACERS (14), and two 3/8” LOCK NUTS (16) as shown in FIGURE 12. (NOTE: Make sure the cable is routed over all the pulleys.)

TIGHTEN any LOOSENED PULLEY connection after CABLE has been routed.
