The LSI21003 maximum power requirements, which include SCSI

3.1.4Electromagnetic Compliance
The board is designed and implemented so as to minimize electromagnetic emissions, susceptibility, and the effects of electrostatic discharge. The board carries the CE mark,
Self Certification logo, Canadian Compliance Statement, and meets the requirements of FCC and CISPR Class B.
