6.2.6Replacing filter element (Auto-Filter Cleaning System)

Never use the vacuum without a filter.

For safety and extended life of main filter elements we strongly recom- mend using filter bag when unit is operated with certified HEPA fil- ters.

1.Be sure that the vacuum is switched off and unplugged.

2.Open the retaining clamps

(A)and remove the upper section of the vacuum clean- er.

	Removing the filter elements:
	3.	Open fi lter tension part (B).
B	4.	Remove carefully the cas-
		settes with fi lter elements.

C	Inserting the filter elements:
	5.	Insert new fi lter elements (C)
		into the cassettes (D).
	6.	Attach the cassettes with the
		fi lter elements onto the upper
D		section of the vacuum.
	7.	Fix the filter tension part (B).
	8.	Dispose of the used fi lter
		elements in accordance with
		applicable regulations.

	9.	Attach the upper section of
		the vacuum cleaner.
	10.Close the retaining clamps
A	A	(A). Ensure that the retaining
		clamps fit properly.
