Front of player
POWER
- switches the player on/off
STANDBY indicator
- lights up red when the player is in
VIDEO OFF
-turns ON/Off the picture on the TV monitor
-when the menu bar appears, you cannot switch the VIDEO ON/OFF
DISPLAY OFF
- turns ON/OFF the player's display
PL(Dolby Pro Logic) indicator
- indicates when Dolby Pro Logic is selected
D(Dolby Digital) indicator
- indicates when Dolby Digital is selected
Display
- displays the current status of the player
; PAUSE - interrupts audio/video play or moves to the next frame
9 STOP - stops audio/video play
2 PLAY - starts audio/video play

-for SACD: CD, Stereo or
