PLAYING COMPACT DISCS

Press the POWER ON/STANDBY button to turn the unit on; the STANDBY indicator will go out.
Press the FUNCTION button until “CD” appears in the display.
Press the OPEN/CLOSE button and insert a CD with the label side facing up.
NOTE: 3 inch single or standard CDs can be used with this unit.

The CD player will read the table of contents on the disc and the total number of tracks and total playing time on the disc will appear in the display.
Press the PLAY/PAUSE (❿ 
) button to begin playback on Track 1.
Adjust the PRESET EQ button ❶ and MASTER VOLUME control ❷ as desired. Playback will continue until all the tracks on the disc have been played.

To stop playback before the disc ends, press the STOP/BAND (■) button. The disc will stop and the display will show the total number of tracks and playing time on the disc.
