8.1 Dimensioning
For dimensioning riving knife and blade guard must be in place at all times.
Place roller carriage extrusion into crosshead plates Secure to crosshead plates with bolts.
Place table onto seats of traversing saddle and secure with the two clamp levers.
Set fence close to saw blade, tighten starknobs.
Set hinged backstop to desired dimension.
Flip up backstop and place work onto table. Start saw and cut edge square.
Pull back sliding carriage with work. Turn work round by 180° and place squared edge against backstop. With second cut cut to dimension.
