Quick Start- (Portable Mode)
1.Insert the antenna into the connector.
2.Insert 6 AA batteries into the slide on battery case (batteries not included).
3.Rotate the ON/OFF knob.
4.Use the channel selector to select the desired channel.
5.Press the push to talk button, and start talking.

Note: There is an optional battery compartment for rechargeable batteries. It holds 8
batteries (batteries not included).
