Temperature

Three temperature settings are available for each coffee beverage and two settings for hot water.

Not every coffee type allows high temperatures. Some types react so sensitively that the crema cannot be properly built.

^Select "Settings F", and confirm with OK.

Automatic rinsing

^Tap < or > until "Temperature" is highlighted, confirm with OK.

^Tap < or > until the beverage is highlighted in which you wish to set the temperature for. Confirm with OK.

^Tap < or > until the desired temperature is highlighted.

^Tap OK to save the setting.

Automatic rinsing

It is important to flush out any residual coffee from the lines when starting to use the machine for the day. If the auto- matic rinse function is activated and the machine is cold, the rinse cycle will begin automatically as soon as the machine is turned on. This will also pre-heat the lines with the hot water used during the rinse cycle. This is indicated by a message in the display. If a beverage has already been made, the machine will also automatically run a rinse cycle just before turning off.

The factory default setting for the automatic rinse function is On.

If you do not want the rinse water to collect in the drip tray, always place an empty cup or the small cleaning container underneath the main dispenser.
