~Do not use an extension cord to connect the appliance to electricity. Extension cords do not guarantee the required safety of the appliance (danger of overheating and open ground circuit).

~Do not install or use outdoors even if installed in the display cabinet.

~If the appliance is installed behind a door front, use the appliance only when the door front is open. Do not close the door front when the appliance is in operation.

~Before service or maintenance disconnect the power supply by either removing the fuse, "tripping" the circuit breaker or unplugging the unit.

~The unit is designed for a cold water connection. Do not connect it to hot water, it will get damaged.

~Do not damage or kink the cover of the water intake hose.

~The waterproof system will only work if:

– it is damaged, the machine repaired or faulty parts replaced.

– the water supply is shut off when not using the coffee system for an extended period of time,

e.g. vacationing.

~Installation work and repairs must only be performed by a trained technician in accordance with national and local safety regulations. Repairs and other work by unauthorized persons could be dangerous and may void the warranty.
