Installing the appliance

For a side-by-side combination the filler strips from both appliances are put together to form one long filler strip:

￿Take the peg from the "side-by-side merging kit" and insert it halfway into the filler strip rail on the left-side appliance.

￿Place the second filler strip on the peg and press both filler strips together.

￿Insert both filler strips into the installation space above the appliance, until they click into place.

￿ Open the appliance door.

￿Screw the attachment plate lugs ￿ to the adjacent furniture/fixtures.

With side-by-side combinations, only the external side of the appliances can be secured to the niche.
