Installation

Installing the drain hose (sink, gully)

^See illustration, front view.

,If you want to drain the condensed water into a sink, secure the hose carefully, e.g. by tying the hose to the water faucet, to avoid water damage.

^Use the curved guide to prevent the drain hose from becoming kinked (see "Front view" illustration).

Special Installation

,In special installation circumstances, the non-return valve must be installed. Water flowing back from the dryer can cause damage.

Special Installations are:

Connection to a sink standpipe (see example)

Miscellaneous connections where additional appliances like a washer or dishwasher are connected also.

Example: Connection to a standpipe

The drain hose can be connected to a special sink standpipe.
