In the event of any faults which you cannot remedy yourself, please contact:
–your Miele Dealer or
–the Miele Service Department (see back cover for contact details).
When contacting your Dealer or the Service Department, please quote the model and serial number of your machine, both of which are shown on the data plate visible above the porthole glass when the door is open.
Future updates (PC)
The indicator light marked PC is the interface used by Miele service technicians during servicing work for testing purposes and for updating the machine's programme data.

Please see the guarantee card supplied with your machine.
Optional accessories
Optional accessories for this washing machine are available from your Miele Dealer or from the Miele Spare Parts Department.
