There is no fault. Lapping sounds at the be-
ginning and end of the
pump process are normal.
the light ring does not
light?
The washer has turned
off the light ring to con-
serve energy.
To turn the light ring back
on, press a wash option
button or turn the program
selector.
detergent residue re-
mains in the dispenser
drawer?
The water pressure is
too low. Clean the water intake
hose filter under running
water and carefully re-
move any large particles.
Select the "Sensitive"
wash option with the next
load.
Detergent used with a
water softener tends to
become sticky.
Add detergent to the dis-
penser before adding a
water softener.
the fabric softener is
not completely dis-
pensed or too much
water remains in the §
compartment?
The siphon tube is ei-
ther incorrectly posi-
tioned or clogged.
Clean the siphon tube, see
"Washer care / Cleaning the
detergent dispenser
drawer".
The dispenser drawer
was not pushed in when
the fabric softener was
being dispensed.
Make sure the drawer is in
all the way.
