Installation Information

Client to provide the following connections:

Oven requires direct wiring from switchboard

Water connection 1/4” BSP

Drainage connection 1/2” required from drain pipe

Note: Oven supply does not include canopies and flues as required by relevant authorities. Bends or offsets in the flue restrict gas velocity and must be allowed for when designing the flue height and diameter which will be dependent on the building and local conditions. A flue connection is required and is not included in the contract.

Exhaust flue - 200mm in diam (canopy models), 100mm (non canopy models)

Clearance: 50mm clearance is required at back and sides of unit 2695mm clearance required back to front of oven with door open Minimum 2900mm ceiling height

Floor: A concrete or tile surface is preferred.

The floor area is to be flat to within 3mm over whole floor area.

Access: Oven is supplied partially assembled to be fully erected on site.
