Talking and Listening
All radios in your group must be set to the same channel
•Hold radio 2 to 3 inches from mouth.
•Press and hold the Abutton and talk into the microphone. The Q indicator appears on the right side of the display while you talk.
•To listen to others, release Abutton.
Talk Range
Do not use the radios closer than 5 feet apart.
Best Range Outdoors | Medium Range Outdoors | Worst Range Outdoors |
Flat, open areas | Buildings or trees | Forests or mountains |
