Using Call Waiting

If you subscribe to call waiting, an alert tone sounds while you are on a call to indicate that you have received a second call.

To put the first call on hold and answer the second call:

Press		To
1	N	answer the new call
2	SWITCH (+)	switch back to the first call
		Note: You can press
		SWITCH (+) at any time
		to switch between calls.
	or
	LINK (-)	connect the two calls
	or
	M > End Call On Hold	end the call that is on hold

You must activate call waiting in order to use the feature. To activate call waiting, see the “Call Waiting” option on page 73.
