Press bin a text entry view to select an entry mode:

iEnters the large character on each key (such as Q).

ÃEnters the small symbol or number on the next key pressed (such as !), then returns to the previous text entry mode.

ÄEnters the small symbols and numbers on the keys until you press bagain.

Your phone automatically chooses Ä for entries that only allow numbers, like phone numbers.

•To delete one character, press D. Hold Dto keep deleting.

•To start a new line, press j.

• To enter

capital letters, press kto switch to all capital letters (á), no

capitals (Á),

or next letter capital (Â).

•To enter the number or character above the letter on each key, press the Alt key b. Press btwice to lock it. To enter other special characters and foreign alphabet characters, press b followed by the Shift key k.
