Embedded objects and attachments are included when you forward a message.

Locking and Unlocking

When you lock a message, it cannot be deleted until you unlock it.

1View the message you want to lock or unlock.

If you have already viewed the message, scroll to it.

2Press m.

3Select Lock Message or Unlock Message.

Calling a Number in a Message

If a message you receive contains a phone number, Walkie-Talkie number, or Talkgroup ID, you can call or send a call alert to that number.

These numbers may appear in the From field, the To field, the Cc field, the subject line, or the body of the message.

Making a Phone Call

1View the message.

2Highlight the phone number you want to call.

3Press s.

Making a Walkie-Talkie Call

1View the message.

2Highlight the Walkie-Talkie number you want to call.

3Press the Walkie-Talkie button.

Sending a Call Alert

1View the message.

2Highlight the Walkie-Talkie number you want to alert.

3Press m.

4Select Alert.

5Press the Walkie-Talkie button.

Making a Group Walkie-Talkie Call

1View the message.

2Highlight the Talkgroup ID you want to call.

3Press m.

4Select Talkgroup.

5Press the Walkie-Talkie button.
