Downloading More Ring Tones

If you want to use other ring tones, you can download them into your phone for a fee. Check the Downloads menu option on your phone for a catalog of additional items available for purchase and download directly from your phone.

You can also go to www.sprint.com and click Wireless (under “Personal”), Accessories (under “Shop Nextel Online”), and Ring Tones & More in the “Nextel Personal” menu” for a wide selection of available ring tones and downloading instructions.

Note: Ring tones may be downloaded only once. If you delete a ring tone from your phone, you must purchase it again to download it again.

Managing Memory

To view the amount of memory available for custom ring tones:

1From the main menu, select Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Highlight any ring tone.

4Press m.

5Select Memory Usage.

Downloading More Ring Tones

Deleting custom ring tones frees memory.

Note: Ring tones are stored in your phone using the same memory space used to store messages, voice records, Java applications, pictures, and wallpaper images. Deleting some of these other items frees memory for ring tones.

Deleting Custom Ring Tones

To delete a custom ring tone:

1From the main menu, select Ring Tones.

2Make sure VibeAll is set to Off.

3Scroll to the ring tone you want to delete.

4Press m.

5Select Delete.

6Press A under Yes to confirm.
