3.Enter the new handset name and press mto confirm. Delete the current name by pressing B.

NOTE

The handset name will only be displayed for approximately 20 seconds when no button is pressed. If you make a mistake, press Bto delete the last character or digit.

5.5Language

1.Press m, scroll dto HANDSET and press m.

2.Scroll dto LANGUAGE and press m.

3.Press uor dto select your preferred language and press mto confirm.

5.6Key beep

When you press a button on the handset keypad, you will hear a beep. You can switch these beeps on or off.

1.Press m, scroll dto HANDSET and press m. The display shows BEEP.

2.Press mto select.

The display shows KEYTONE.

3.Press mto select.

4.Press uor dto select ON or OFF and press mto confirm.

5.7Battery low warning beep

When the battery is almost fully discharged, you will hear a warning beep every minute during a call. You can switch these beeps on or off.

1.Press m, scroll dto HANDSET and press m. The display shows BEEP.

2.Press mto select.

3.Scroll dto LOW BATTERY and press m.

4.Press uor dto select ON or OFF and press mto confirm.

5.8Out of range warning beep

If the handset goes out of range, you will hear warning beeps during a call. You can switch these beeps on or off.

1.Press m, scroll dto HANDSET and press m. The display shows BEEP.

2.Press mto select.

3.Scroll dto OUT RANGE and press m.

4.Press uor dto select ON or OFF and press mto confirm.
