Create an Override Password

An override password allows you to access blocked domains. Parents can set permissions for the network, but override blocked domains by entering the password.

1.Enter the new override password.

2.Re-enter the new password.

3.Click Apply.

Add Users to the Parental Controls

1.Click User Setup.

2.Enter a name in the Add User field.

3.Select the newly created User Name from the list.

4.Check the Enable box.

5.Enter a Password.

Create a Time of Day Policy (ToD) Filter

Use the Time of Day feature to schedule times on your network to allow or block Internet access.

1.Click ToD Filter.

2.Enter a name in the Add New Policy field.

3.Click Add New Policy.

4.Select the new policy from the pull down menu.

5.Check the Enabled box.

6.Select the days of the week for the policy (i.e., the After School Policy is active Monday – Friday).

7.Select the times of day that the policy will block access (i.e., the After School Policy blocks Internet access Mon – Fri from 9AM to 3:30 PM).
