Responding to the Job Ticket

Procedure:

Press the programmed Job Ticket button and proceed to Step 3.

1cbutton to access the main menu.

2^ or vto Job Tickets and press c to select.

3^ or vto the required folder and press cto select.

4^ or vto the required Job Ticket and press cto select.

5Press conce more to access the sub-menu.

6^ or vto the required action and press cto select.

7The display shows transitional mini notice, confirming your message is being sent.

8If the message is sent, a tone sounds and the display shows positive mini notice.

OR

If the message is not sent, a low tone sounds and the display shows negative mini notice.

NOTE: At Steps 3 and 6, you can also press #and the corresponding number key (1–9) to access the required folder or action.

Deleting a Job Ticket

Procedure:

Press the programmed Job Tickets button and proceed to Step 3.

OR

Follow the procedure below.

1c to access the menu.

2^ or vto Job Tickets and press cto select.

3^ or vto All and press cto select.

4^ or vto the required Job Ticket and press cto select.

5Press cagain while viewing the Job Ticket.

6^ or vto Delete and press c to select.

NOTE: At Step 4, while viewing the Job Ticket, press * to delete.
