Learning to Use Your Phone

Using the OK Key
The OK key
K
gives you
another way to perform many
basic phone functions. It
anticipates the next action you
are likely to perform. For example, when you highlight a
menu item, you can press
K
to select it. You can press
K
to make and end calls, turn features on and off, and
open your phonebook. The
K
key usually performs the
same function as the right soft key

.
Using the Clear Key
When entering text, press the
clear key
C
once to delete
one character at a time.
Press and hold
C
to delete
multiple characters, whole words, and messages.
Changing a Code or Password
Your phone's 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 0000,
and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000.
Your service provider may reset these numbers before you
receive your phone.
