Getting More Out Of Your Phone

Using Service Dialing

Your service provider may program your SIM

card with numbers for services such as taxi

companies, restaurants, and hospitals.

Using DTMF Tones

You can send numbers to the network as Dual Tone

Multi-Frequency (DTMF) tones during a call. Use DTMF

tones to communicate with automated systems that

require you to submit a PIN code or credit card number.

Activating DTMF Tones

You can set DTMF tones to

keypress. Short DTMF tones work with most

automated systems.

Create or edit fixed dial entries, in the same way

that you create or edit phonebook entries.
