From the main screen (page 17), you can use these shortcuts:

play music	Press left on the Navigation
	key (S). Scroll to My Music and
	press the Center Select
	key (s) (OK).
quickly set	Press and hold #. To set the
ringer to	ring back to the previous
vibrate	setting, press and hold #
	again.
change	Press the side Volume keys (see

call voicemail	Press and hold 1.

take a picture	Press (short press) the Camera
