numeric mode

After selecting numeric mode, press the number keys to enter the numbers you want. When you finish entering numbers, press the Left Soft key (-) (123) to switch to another entry mode.

symbol mode

After selecting the symbols mode, in the SYMBOLS screen, use the Navigation key (S) to scroll to the desired symbol and press the Center Select key (s) (OK) to select it.

To search for additional symbols, press the Right Soft key (+) (Next) to page down to the next set of symbols. Press the Left Soft key (-) (Prev) to page up to the previous set.

delete letters & words

Move the cursor to the right of the text you want to delete, then:

•Press and release Bto delete one letter at a time.

•Press and hold Bto delete an entire word.
