Contact authorized dealer from whom you pur- chased this product. If they are unable to supply original replacement part(s), call the number on back of manual. When contacting your dealer have ready:
•Your name
•Your address
•Model and serial numbers of your heater
•How heater was malfunctioning
•Type of gas used (propane/LP)
•Purchase date
Usually, we will ask you to return the defective part to the factory.
