SECTION 7: INSTRUCTIONS D’ENTRETIEN ET RÉPARATIONS

ENTRETIEN DU FILTRE À AIR

Retrait du couvercle du filtre à air/silencieux

AVERTISSEMENT : pour éviter des blessures graves, éteignez toujours l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir avant tout nettoyage ou entretien.

1.Retirez les quatre (4) vis retenant le couvercle du filtre

àair/silencieux (Fig. 26). Servez-vous d'un tournevis

àlame plate ou à mèche no. 20 Torx.

3. Retirez le couvercle du moteur. Ne forcez pas.

2.Retournez le couvercle et inspectez l'intérieur pour repérer le filtre à air. Retirez le filtre à air de l'intérieur du couvercle du filtre à air/silencieux (Fig. 27).

3.Lavez le filtre dans un mélange d'eau et de détergent (Fig. 28). Rincez le filtre abondamment. Essorez l'excédent d'eau. Laissez sécher complètement.

4.Appliquez assez d'huile propre SAE 30 pour enduire légèrement le filtre (Fig. 29).

5.Pressez le filtre pour répartir et drainer l'excédent d'huile (Fig. 30).

6.Replacez le filtre à air à l'intérieur du couvercle du filtre à air/silencieux (Fig. 27).

Nettoyage du filtre à air

AVERTISSEMENT : pour éviter des blessures graves, éteignez toujours l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir avant tout nettoyage ou entretien.

Nettoyez et relubrifiez le filtre à air à toutes les 10 heures de fonctionnement. C'est l'un des éléments les plus importants pour l'entretien. Si vous n'en faites pas l'entretien, cela ANNULERA la garantie.

1.Retirez le couvercle du filtre à air/silencieux. Voir la section Retrait et installation du couvercle du filtre à air/silencieux.
