3. Go to Start | Settings | Control Panel | Modems. The Phone and Modem Options screen appears.
Select the Modems tab.
Click on the Add button.
4. The Add/Remove Hardware Wizard screen appears. Select “Don’t detect my modem; I will select it
from a list.”
Click Next>.
