To remove the Status Display from memory

Type the following at the DOS prompt:

This section explains how to access the Printer Control Panel.

To access the Printer Control Panel

Type the following at the DOS prompt to access the Printer Control
Panel:
1. Change to the directory you created under “Installing DOS Print-
ing Utilities” on page 4-86.
Type : cd c:\mltdos
If you used the directory name we showed in our installation
example, type in the command exactly as shown above. If you
used a different directory name, change mltdos to the name you
used.
2. Type the following command at the DOS prompt.
Type : spcpdos
You should use the above step to remove the Status Display from mem-
ory if the Status Display is interfering with one of your other software
applications or if you need to free up the memory used by the Status
Display.
