Playing back recorded files:
IV. Nintendo Game Boy Micro
The Nintendo Game Boy Micro can support MPEG-4 files with
resolution up to 640x 480, so it can play back recordings from all
Recorder 2 resolution settings (320x240-30fps, 368x208, and
640x480). However, if you intend to use the recordings only for
playback on small screens like the Micro (and not on larger
screens like TV), we recommend that you use the 320x240-30fps
mode to save storage space. The extra resolution with 640x480 is
more than can be seen on small screens and is therefore wasted.
To play files on the Game Boy Micro, you will need an SD card.
then use a Yan Micro Media Adapter (purchased separately -- see
below photo for reference) to play files from the SD card on the
Game Boy Micro.
