1)Using the Recover Mode: In cases where your player cannot be turned on and it cannot be found by your PC (when connected), you can recover your player using the following instructions:
a)Take out the battery first, press and hold the play button of the player.
b)connect to your PC, and run firmware download program.
2)Your player will not turn on
a)Replace the battery.
b)Connect your player to your PC, and run the firmware download program.
3)Unit turns on, but the screen is blank
