Symptoms
The disc does not play
No display
No sound
Possible causes 
Disc is loaded incorrectly.
Disc is dirty or scratched.
Wrong region disc.
AV cable is disconnected. Wrong setting or connection for the player or TV.
The antenna is not connected well.
Wrong mode setting.
AV cable is disconnected. Wrong setting or connection for the player or TV.
Remedies
Load the disc with the label side up, and firmly
pressed into the center. Make sure the disc is
free from scratches or fingerprints.
Use the right region disc. 
Connect the cable firmly. 
Setting or connecting correctly with your player or TV.
Connect the antenna well. 
Set the right mode. 
Connect the cable firmly. 
Setting or connecting correctly with your player or TV.
Maintenance and clean the unit only as recommended in the operational instructions.
DAMAGE REQUIRING SERVICE
Have the unit serviced by a qualified service technician if:
The unit has been exposed to rain or water.
The unit does not seem to operate normally.
The unit exhibits a marked change in performance.
