Manual Pop-up Modes

When P, S, A, or M is selected in w (creative) mode, the flash must be raised manually. The flash will not fire if it is not raised.

1 Raise the flash.

Press the flash pop-up button to raise the flash.

2 Choose a flash mode.

Press 3 (N) on the multi selector to t display a list of flash modes, then use the multi selector to highlight the

desired mode and press Jto select.

3 Take pictures.

The flash will fire with every shot. To disable the flash, press it gently downward until it latches.
