Functions That Cannot Be Used Simultaneously

Some functions cannot be used with other menu options.

	Restricted function	Option	Description
		Continuous (A54)	When a setting other than Single is selected, the
			flash cannot be used.
	Flash mode
		Blink proof (A55)	When Blink proof is set to On, the flash cannot be
			used.
		AF area mode	When Subject tracking is selected, self-timer
	Self-timer	(A54)	cannot be used.
		Smile timer (A55)	When Smile timer is selected, the self-timer cannot
			be used.
Shooting	Macro mode	AF area mode	When Subject tracking is selected, macro mode
		(A54)	cannot be used.
		Continuous (A54)	When Multi-shot 16 is selected, the Image mode
			setting is fixed at L(image size: 2560 × 1920 pixels).
Features
	Image mode		O640×480 can be selected. If any image mode
			When 3200 is selected, the image mode setting of
			only r2272×1704, q1600×1200, or
		ISO sensitivity	setting other than above is selected, the image

			mode setting is automatically changed to
			r2272×1704 when ISO sensitivity is set to
			3200.
	White balance	Color options	When Black-and-white,Sepia, or Cyanotype is

	ISO sensitivity	Continuous (A54)	When Multi-shot 16 is selected, the ISO sensitivity
			setting is fixed at Auto.
		Digital zoom	When digital zoom is in effect, the camera focuses in
	AF area mode		the center of the frame regardless of the AF area
