Basic Operations

Introduction

The c(Shooting/Playback) Button

Press c once in shooting mode to enter playback mode; press again to switch back to shooting mode.

If the camera is turned off, hold down c to turn the camera on in playback mode (A 26).

Holding down the c button while the power is on will change the monitor brightness to the maximum setting. Hold down the c button again to change back to the original brightness. The b icon will be displayed on the monitor when the brightness setting is set to the maximum by pressing c.

The e Button

Press e during shooting to display the shooting-mode selection menu, or during playback to display the playback- mode selection menu. Use the rotary multi selector (A 9) to choose the desired mode.
