Shooting in the Scene Mode

Camera settings are automatically optimized for the selected subject type. The following scene modes are available.

s Active child	e Night portrait	i Dusk/dawn	n Copy
b Portrait	f Party/indoor	j Night landscape	o Back light
c Landscape	g Beach/snow	k Close-up
d Sports	h Sunset	l Museum

Setting the Scene Mode

1 Enter scene mode by pressing e
		Scene
in shooting mode, selecting C(use
the rotary multi selector), and then
pressing k.
2 Press dto display the scene
	Scene menu
menu screen, choose the desired
	Party/indoor
scene and press k.	Beach/snow
	Sunset
	Dusk/dawn

Night landscape

Exit
3 Frame the subject and shoot.

DImage Mode

A Image mode (A 76) can be set in the Scene menu. Changes made to these settings apply to all shooting modes (except for movie menu).
