Select one of the profiles in Menu > Profiles, and select Activate, Personalise, or Timed to activate, personalize a profile, and set timed expiration for it. You can also press end key and Select to activate a profile (or Switch off! to switch off the phone).

In this menu, you can adjust various phone settings. To reset some menu settings to their default values, select Restore factory settings.
