HOW TO USE A PRESET PROGRAM
1 Insert the key into the console.
See HOW TO TURN ON THE POWER on page 12.
Use the main menu to enter or change settings

3 Select a preset program.
To select a preset program, press the Walk, Jog, or Run button repeatedly.
When a preset program is selected, the display will show the name of the program, the maximum incline setting and the maximum speed setting of the program, and the program time. In addition, a graph of the speed settings of the program will ap- pear in the center of the display. Note: A graph of the incline settings of the program may also ap- pear (see step 5 on page 13).
Each preset program is divided into 30 one- minute segments. One speed setting and one in- cline setting are programmed for each segment. Note: The same speed setting and/or incline set- ting may be programmed for two or more consec- utive segments.
4 Press the Start button to start the program.
A moment after the button is pressed, the tread- mill will automatically adjust to the first speed and incline settings for the program. Hold the handrails and begin walking.
Select a display mode and monitor your
5 progress with the display.
When a preset program is selected, the console offers three display modes. Press the Display but- ton repeatedly to select the desired display mode.
If the first or second display mode is selected, a graph of the speed settings of the program will ap- pear in the display. A small arrow below the graph will indicate your progress.
At the end of the first
The program will continue in this way until the small arrow reaches the right end of the graph. The walking belt will then slow to a stop.
If the third display mode is selected, the display will show an animation of a runner.
At the end of the first
The program will continue in this way until the last segment ends. The walking belt will then slow to a stop.
