Night Scene Flash

 

Use this mode to clearly shoot a subject in the foreground and a night scene in the background.

Closing the lens barrier restores the Auto Flash mode.

￿Since a slow shutter speed (as low as 4 seconds) is selected both in the Night Scene Flash and Red-Eye Reduction Night Scene Flash modes, use a tripod to prevent camera shake.

￿This mode cannot be combined with the Spot Metering mode.

Spot Metering

Position the spot marks on the area where you want to measure the light.
