Zoom (Digital zoom)

You can enlarge your subject when shooting by 1.3, 1.6, 2.0 or 2.5 times.

1 Open the lens barrier fully.	Arrow pad (ÑñÉí)
		Shutter	button

2 Press Ñ.

3 • The monitor turns on and the zoom bar appears. The subject is magnified by 1.3 times.

The cursor moves on the zoom indicator according to the zoom magnification.

3 Press Ññ while looking at the image on the monitor.

•Each time you press Ñ, the zoom magnification changes in the following sequence:

1 time T 1.3 times T 1.6 times T 2.0 times T 2.5 times.

•Each time you press ñ, the zoom magnification changes in the following sequence:

2.5 times T 2.0 times T 1.6 times T 1.3 times T 1 time.

•The zoom magnification changes continuously while holding down Ñ or ñ.

4 Take the picture.

•Pictures taken with the digital zoom may appear grainy.

• Camera movement is likely to occur at higher magnifications. Note • Turning the monitor off cancels the digital zoom.
